What to Look For in a Work Bag

You know it’s time for a new bag when the current one is fraying on every corner and has handles that look like they’ll give out at any moment. Not ideal when I’m out and about nearly every day, using said bag from dawn until dusk!

Most days I work from my desk at home, but other times, I might be working from a hotel room in a new city or a cafe in Notting Hill. Going from place to place with plenty of things in tow means that I need a bag that can keep up (and hold quite a lot!).

My Autumnal Color Palette

It’s so helpful to think of a few colors to stick to each season. Akin to my strategy in packing a suitcase, you want to minimize items you buy (or pack) and maximize the outfit options you have. Sticking to a few colors helps to ensure that any piece you pull out will probably go with at least a few other items.

My autumnal color palette can essentially be summed up by the colors in this dress—a few of my year-round favorites (I see you, blush pink!) plus a couple of new additions too!

Pink and Green in Regent's Park

Chances are if I'm headed into central London, I'll probably also make a stop by my favorite spot in the whole city, Regent’s Park. I've said it before and I'm sure I'll say it again, it's the place I return to whenever I'm looking to clear my head or just need a breath of air.

It seems that so much time spent around the roses has begun to rub off on my wardrobe and I'm finding myself blending into this beautiful spot!

A City Wedding In Chicago
