Pastels in Notting Hill

Notting Hill is just as charming as you would hope it would be! The London neighborhood is home to the famous Portobello Market, with stall after stall of antiques, and was the setting for a certain nineties romantic comedy. Though what I love most about Notting Hill are the rows upon rows of pastel-colored town homes. And I’m especially partial to the pink ones!
Although it certainly feels like fall here in London with a chill in the air and unpredictable rainstorms, I still want to wear the pastel colors that I’ve worn all summer.
For this particular outing, I decided to draw inspiration from my surroundings and wore this pink Sandro dress with an adorable black bow. To account for the chilly temperatures and make a pink dress appropriate for fall, I paired the look with sensible and warm black tights and my trusty Everlane loafers.
If you ever find yourself in London, please do take the time to wander the neighborhood streets. Get lost in the charm that awaits you around every corner and find inspiration in the beautiful surroundings - maybe even dress to match!
Until next time,
- B
