In London you have postcodes, not zip codes, and my hands-down favorite one is W11. Encompassing most areas of the Holland Park and Notting Hill neighborhoods, W11 is home to some of the prettiest streets (and walls!) in all of London.

I'm always amazed by all the homes when I wander through this part of town. I love that one house can be painted pink while one right next door is bright blue. Of course, in this area you can also find the classic white stucco buildings complete with porticos and columns - quintessentially London!

If I had to pick a favorite street to visit in W11, I think I'd choose Penzance Place. It's got a few standout buildings, including a huge curved pink one that can't be missed and the pretty grey one seen below.

A couple weeks ago, my husband and I decided to wander around the neighborhood to find and photograph our favorite walls. For the outing, I pulled out this dress I bought last year for our London vacation and paired it with my trusty over-the-knee boots (last seen here and here) for a bit of warmth.

What color would you paint your dream London town home? (I'd pick pink!)

Until next time,
