Feels Like Fall

Having recently moved to London from the perpetually warm California, I'm really excited about actually having seasons! I missed seeing the leaves change colors in the fall and taking strolls in the crisp weather. I love noticing the subtle changes every passing week brings.
Since temperatures keep dropping, I decided that a new pair of boots would be a good addition to my wardrobe! After researching all the options online, I decided upon this suede over-the-knee pair and couldn't be happier!
I could walk all day in these boots - they're perfectly comfortable and keep my legs warm in the chilly weather. Plus, having an OTK pair means that I'll be able to wear my shorter dresses well into fall and winter without getting too cold!
For this fall outing with my husband, I paired my new boots with this cozy dress from Topshop, made of the softest sweater-like material. And because you know I love to match my surroundings, I wore a red lip to coordinate with the leaves! A white tasseled clutch (also worn here and here) completes the look.
On our outing we found this pretty row of tress in Regent's Park (the same one from this post!) and followed up our stroll in the park with yummy salads and root vegetable pasties (a traditional British pastry) at Whole Foods. A perfect fall day, in my opinion!
Until next time,
- B
